Conveyor Systems
For several years now Scotserve has been designing and manufacturing complete conveyor systems in house. These conveyor systems are usually purpose built to suit customer requirements, and are manufactured for a complete range of products that are required to go down the customer lines.
We are also suppliers of case and pallet conveyor systems for a large range of products. The company has a large number of experienced staff, who can design you a complete conveyor system right through to installation both at low level and high level.

Machinery Sales
Over the years we have been approached by several machine suppliers looking for us to sell machinery for them in the food and drinks industry. As we get involved in a large range of projects, this has been a service that we have found we can provide.
Due to the large range of both small and large size suppliers, we are able to help our customers’ source machines that are suitable for their project requirements. Not only do we help find suitable equipment, we have also found that we can normally supply them with the equipment at a discounted rate than that of our competitors.
Our in house facilities also enable us to build our own range of machinery which is usually purpose built to suit our customers’ requirements.

Bottle Handling Parts
At Scotserve, we also have a team of experienced staff who measure and design bottle handling parts for our customers’ machines. When a customer requires a new set of bottle handling parts, usually due to a new product requirement, a member of Scotserve will go on site and measure up the required machine. They will then return to the office and complete the drawing on fastcad. The parts are then manufactured and delivered to the customer. We also offer the facility to have the parts commissioned on site and then an engineer to stand by when the new parts go into production.

Fabrication
Over the years we have been asked to carry out a large range of fabrication requirements. We do all types of welding from Tig, Mig and stick welding. Due to the nature of the industry, we carry out a lot of stainless steel tig welding, but we also fabricate small and large gantry work, which is carried out by our coded welders. Ultimately Scotserve will carry out any type of welding that our customers require.

Krones Labelling Machinery
Scotserve have the facility to supply all our customers with spare parts and machinery for Krones labelling machines through Renner GmbH. We have been the UK and Ireland sales agents for Renner for 5 years now and have built up a strong relationship for the sales of Renner equipment. Renner supply spare parts for all Krones labelling machines, along with complete refurbished machines. Renner parts are of the same high standard as Krones parts, but are a lot more attractive in terms of price for our customers. Renner along with Scotserve, are more willing to take on projects driven by our customers’ requirements, than most other companies in the same industry. Renner has also now launched their own range of high tech machinery which includes servo driven platforms and high level inspection systems.

Labour
Scotserve have started to provide labour to cover customers’ lines and maintenance due to high customer demand. We currently provide labour on a permanent basis for some of our customers, with Scotserve being solely responsible for all engineering cover and maintenance work. We can also provide cover on a temporary basis or for as long as required, with greater discounts given for longer periods of cover. The labour supplied can be for basic labouring or for skilled technicians.

Machinery Movement & Scrap removal
At Scotserve, we have a team of trained staff with the relevant equipment and skills for moving both small and large equipment and machinery. We will move all machinery from small equipment right through to large amounts and sizes of machines for complete line installations. This also applies for the installation or removal of all ranges of VATs.
Another new service that we have been asked to provide is the removal of scrap machinery and components. We can provide a service to again remove old unwanted machinery and components as requested.
